The purpose of his section is to outline the functions of the KMBA officers, Committees and members of the KMBA Board of Directors relating to the business affairs of the KMBA.

The Bylaws specifically identify our responsibilities and need for performance. A clear understanding and acceptance of all members of the board of directors that their contribution and dedication is fundamental to the successful accomplishment of our objectives as defined in our USBC Constitution and local bylaws.
